This university project involved conducting a UX report for a local business, and completing a website redesign, addressing the issues discovered in the report.
My redesigned website was made in Figma, and focused on fixing the pain points the user experiences during the booking section of the website.
I did this by incorporating Hicks law through simplifying the decisions a user has to make, and utilising the Peak End Rule to leave the user with an enjoyable final experience to make them excited about their booking and visit to the business.
